Enjoy your private saltwater pool & spa, BBQ, 4 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS, 2 workspaces (1 standing desk), & games! IndyOasis comfortably sleeps 8 guests: 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 twin beds.
Cornhole, shuffle board, ping pong table, board games, & yoga mats are available for your use and enjoyment.
Light & bright w/new furniture & modern upgrades. Recently remodeled bathrooms w/ trendy showers.
Minimum age to rent: 21
Maximum guest occupancy: 8

IndyOasis is newly renovated. The SALTWATER pool & spa are less than 2-years old with PebbleTech lining. Bathrooms are also freshly remodeled w/ trendy showers. Everything is high design, cute, & fun!
As you open the front door using the keyless entry keypad, you will be greeted by a grand common area with tall vaulted ceilings: living room, workstation, & dining room. Around the corner is the bright kitchen. Enjoy your cozy mornings by starting your day at the gourmet coffee bar station. You will be sure to impress your guests while cooking in the fully stocked kitchen.
Just off the light & bright living room / dining room area is the sliding door leading to the backyard patio with heated pool & spa.
An entertainer's dream space! One night you may choose to enjoy dinner from the comfort of your air conditioned dining area. Or perhaps, you might decide to lounge on the back patio furniture while enjoying your private gas BBQ grill while the sun sets over the palm trees.
Enjoy your lazy days floating in the pool followed by relaxation in the spa. You might choose to enjoy some light yoga stretching while surrounded by bright hues of yellow and orange in the garage. Speaking of hanging out in the garage... why not end the evening with a game of shuffleboard or ping pong?
During those hot summer nights, you might prefer to move indoors and enjoy some board games over a nice glass of wine. Remember, good vibes only!
When its time to retire to bed, you'll have 4 high design rooms from which to choose for a good night's sleep on memory foam mattresses:
The tastefully designed Vibin' master bedroom is equipped with standing desk, a king size bed, & private bathroom w/ dual vanities & walk-in shower.
Or, you might fancy the design of the Boom Boom orange room with matching rug & plush queen bed.
If you prefer to be closer to the front of the house, then maybe the grey Disco room is your jam with comfy queen bed.
Or, if traveling as a group you might opt for the Bubble Gum room with two single-beds & nearby bathroom access.
Month-to-month tenancy with the ability to renew each month with the permission and approval of the property manager. Maximum period available for rent and subject to property manager approval: May 1, 2024 - September 30,2024. The property manager reserves the right to refuse a subsequent monthly renewal for any reason. Guests shall provide full access to the property for monthly cleans by a professional cleaning company.
Non-refundable monthly pet fee is due with rent each month for each animal present on the property. Animals may only use designated outdoor spaces for restroom & guests must timely clean up after animal after each animal's bathroom break. Designated outdoor spaces for animals' restroom breaks: dirt side yard / animal run and front yard. No animal use of the backyard turf or rock garden area is permitted. Guests are responsible for all utilities: WiFi, cable, phone, internet, electric, gas, water, lawn & plant watering, HVAC, pool heating, spa use fees, and spa heating. Property manager will provide biweekly & monthly standard pool maintenance complimentary to guests. However, guests will be financially responsible for any excessive cleaning, water treatment, water rebalancing, or water draining required due to excessive pool / spa use and/or guests' failure to comply with pool rules. Property manager will also provide weekly gardening maintenance complimentary to guests.
