The property is completely fenced into two sections. An approximatly 4 acre pasture with pond, sheds, and round pen, and one acre "yard" with firepit, small pond, ample parking for your trailer, greenhouse, bench, and raised garden bed.

12 month lease. $250 indoor pet fee and $250 farm animal fee. Pet fee is situational.
