Yellow Dog Cottage has a unique style, what once was a carriage house is now a comfy guest cottage nestled in a lush historic South-side neighborhood, lovingly renovated and decorated with contemporary Knoll furniture pieces paired with antiques and rustic accents. Quality linens and towels, etc. Our 110-year-old farmhouse-style home is on the other side of this property providing privacy, yet making it convenient to get anything extra you might need. Fully fenced in yard.

Why not pay less than you might for most standard hotel rooms and enjoy loads of space, high standard furnishings, and be a part of the stunning historic district in downtown Bozeman. Or if you need a transition rental while you are building a home, are in town for an extended stay, or just want a lovely place to live please reach out.

Stylish and uniquely charming cottage a close walk to town, skiing at Bridger Bowl (20 mins) & Big Sky (55 mins), walk to MSU, fishing, hiking, and so much more. Nestled in a lush, historic South-side neighborhood this cottage is thoughtfully and lovingly renovated and decorated.

A Danish wood-burning stove makes the cottage even cozier, electric heat warms the space continually, and the vaulted ceilings provide a wonderful feeling of openness. One space flows into the next, making this a relaxing get-away spot. The cottage sleeps two comfortably but a child could share as there is a queen and a twin bed. Please note that the space is open concept and sleeping and living spaces are open to each other. The open concept and vaulted ceiling help make this space feel even larger than the 850+ sq feet.

The cottage is in walking distance to historic downtown Bozeman, Montana State University, and the Museum of the Rockies (each 10 mins.). Close drive to Bozeman Deaconess. There are stunning walking trails nearby, along with parks, restaurants of all sorts, and ice cream and sandwich shops.
Off street parking for one vehicle included.
Move out clean fee $200/one month or $280/multi month move out.
Cottage will be completely sanitized between renters.
Pets accepted on a case by case basis with monthly fee. Please inquire. Pet Cleaning Fee additional $150.

Monthly rental available through May 2025.

Included: electric, water, sewer, trash, recycling, wifi, smart tv.
