No smoking of any kind allowed inside the unit.

Parking: 2-car garage + 2 spots in front of garage.
Visitor parking is also available but only for guests.

Renter is responsible for maintaining the condition of the unit as well as all included furnishings.

HOA (not paid by tenant) covers all exterior maintenance.

Applicants will be screened with a background check and credit check using SSN and the SmartMove platform. Qualified applicants will have credit score 700, no criminal or poor rental history, and income greater than 3.5x the rent. All adults living on the property, co-signers and guarantors will need to be individually qualified.
