Home has updated flooring, windows, kitchen cabinets, and all appliances as of 2019, interior painted 2025. Washer and dryer included. Home is heated with fuel oil and cooled with window air conditioner unit, tenant responsible for heating fuel. Home sits on three acres, most of which is in the front and hilly/wooded. Covered front porch has beautiful view in summer and winter. In city limits so there's trash pick up! You'll have to haul your own recycling to the transfer station (3 miles). Fifteen minute drive to Brush creek elementary, five minutes to Madison High School/Early College, Ingles, bypass. Zillow used for application. Send message via Zillow or text to schedule tour. One year lease. First month, deposit and refundable pet deposit due at lease signing.
Pet permitted with $250 refundable pet deposit.
Tenant to pay water, electric, and internet.
Water runs ~$25/month with moderate laundry and daily showers.
Electric runs ~$75/month in the winter and $125 in the summer with the window unit.
Fiber optic WiFi offered through French Broad electric for $75/month.
Tenant to pay for fuel oil to heat home, as well. The tank only needs to be filled once a year, price fluctuates. 100 gallons fuel will be added at owners expense prior to move-in.
No smoking allowed, vaping is fine.
