"Great school district. There are many elementary school kids so if you are a growing family this is a good place to be. "
  • Nancyheld88
"Plenty of dogs being walked on leash in neighborhood. Most dog owners pick up after their dogs. Some neighbors don’t want dogs walking or pooping on their lawn regardless of owner cleaning up after him. "
  • Zsofia T.
"Great outdoor space. Beautiful to hike. Peaceful. But drivers really should slow down for children playing and a bunch of wild life, baby deer, etc. While walking or hiking watch out for coyotes. They are always around here and not at all scared to come close to people, could be dangerous to small pets and children. "
  • Smith_anais
"There is a great Farmer’s Market on Thursday and Sundays by the Civic Center. There is also the Marin County Fair here"
  • Zsofia T.
"101 South in the morning then north in the evening isn’t very good. Traffic is often bad. If your commute is reverse, then you’re fine. "
  • Pasquala27
"Grew up here, never leaving. Air is clean, trees are green, ocean is nearby, small town atmosphere. Sunny and rainy as needed."
  • Sonshine333
"It is a gated community. It is a quiet neighborhood with children playing. It is a very safe neighborhood. There are wild turkeys that roam around as well as deer, raccoons and squirrels to name a few. The houses have great views of the surrounding mountains and there are private balconies or patios on all of the houses. It is a great neighborhood to live in with lots of trees and lots of foliage."
  • heather_schilling
"Terra Linda is a lovely, quiet, family oriented community. Shopping, movie theatres, and restaurants can all be found at Northgate Mall. Close to the freeway, 20 minutes from San Francisco, 30 minutes from Wine Country, and award-winning Dixie schools ensure that kids receive excellent care and education."
