Repairs are done usually in within 24 hours and our properties are kept in great condition. Our mission is to make sure all house rules are followed and to ensure a great living environment for all of our residents.

NOTE; We do NOT charge tenants for Water or Trash. Many owners sneak these charges back to the tenants (aka RUBS). and it will charge you $100-$200 more. We pay Water and Trash. Tenant pays Gas and Electric (and internet).
