Lot: The house sits on 0.25 acres. The back has a private non-fenced in backyard with fig trees, a fenced in garden, a fire pit, and a shed. Our neighbors are kind, and one of them has chickens!

Location: This home is in the Bethesda neighborhood in Durham, which is just 10 minutes from Research Triangle Park, 15 minutes from Duke and the Durham farmers market, 25 minutes from downtown Chapel Hill, and 30 minutes from downtown Raleigh.

Lease dates are 11/1/25 - 6/30/25 with the ability to extend further if desired. (The lease dates are flexible.)

Renter is responsible for water, electricity, and WiFi. Owner pays for regular HVAC maintenance, gutter maintenance, and lawn work. Dogs and/or cats allowed with a refundable pet deposit. No smoking allowed.

    "It is a well established community that is weathering the storm that afflicts a city in sudden sporadic growth We will weather this storm and any other . This place is called Home to many whom have lived here through Three or more generations and many newcomers who chose to make this place their new home. I wish I could find an appropriate rental here. I am on the edge in a house I have afforded to live in for twenty-nine yrs. The house was recently sold and I find that I may be under the bridge at age 79 due to so-called gentrification . Durham is known for undermining it's citizens in the name of progress. It's a backhanded way of doing things but it will come out alright because the so-called little people come together when they realize what is happening."
