The unit itself has a kitchen with closet pantry, breakfast counter, small dining area, large living space, utility closet, 2 spacious bedrooms, updated bathrooms and lots of storage. Bedroom 1 is adjacent to the parking lot but with the concrete/brick walls, it’s not disruptive. This room has a ceiling fan with lights and 2 lit closets with sliding paneled doors. Open shelving in the hall, facing the hall bathroom which has an updated tile shower-tub combo. Master bedroom is adjacent to the back patio and has 1 lit closet and a private bathroom updated with a tile standing shower with built in bench.
Sliding glass door in the living area leads out to the large back patio which has a security screen door leading to the courtyard, pool and barbecue area.
Unit sold in AS IS condition. Some moldings were removed, a wall is unpainted, appliances are over 5 years old but we’re lightly used, AC unit is older but has been working great for a long time - we don’t abuse it as the unit keeps it’s temperature fairly well. It was checked back in 2022 and thermostat was updated to battery style. Other minor conditions like this are why it is being sold AS IS.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
