Combined gross monthly income to be at a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent. Employer info regarding position, time period of employment and supervisor references.

First months rent and equal amount for security deposit required within 24 hours of signing lease contract. ($3,390)

1 cat and or 1 dog not over 40 pounds. A $300 deposit required per pet.

Tenant pays all utilities and garbage.

Renters insurance with $100,000 limit required.
