"My neighborhood has a walk time of 5 to 15 minutes to the nearest bus stops. and busses run every 15 minutes to 30 minutes."

"Lots of trees. Meadowdale Beach Park is fabulous. Mountain views. The area could be a little more neighborly. If you're closer to 99, unfortunately, it seems to just be getting worse with vandalism, graffiti and homeless ."

"Traffic is getting worse. The Sierra park neighborhood became trashy and loud. Too much bad dog owners, run down and poorly maintained homes and yards. "
