About this House

These 2 Bedroom 1 Bath units are near enough to walk to Uptown, but well outside of the student housing "party circle". They have many large windows for plenty of natural light, a common patio with grill behind each building and plenty of parking (no sticker on your car!) Each unit has all appliances including microwave and dishwasher, central heat and AC and a ceiling fan. Many have hardwood look plank flooring, all have ceramic tile in kitchen and bathroom. There is coin-op laundry in each building. $1,050/mo $1200 Deposit, Pets Welcome with additional $40/mo and $400 Deposit.

Downtown Bloomington is where the highest concentration of crime happens. Mostly the college kids are targeted, but just be a little more cautious around there."
