"Dog parks and friendly dogs. There are cleanup stations at all of the parks. You can even do off leash at some of the parks and hikes in the Belmont area. "
  • Vasanders
"The flatlands are very dog-walking friendly but are very few sidewalks when you get into the hills which makes walking hazardous "

  • Trulia User
"Not an easy place to walk as there are not many sidewalks. We have lots of wildlife at dawn and dusk which means we need to be cautious when driving & cats should stay inside. "

"We live and raised our family in this neighborhood. Very rarely fogs, most of the year is clear and sunny, fresh air from the abundant vegetation, nice views safe to walk day or night with some pleasant hills. Excellent neighbors, mostly highly educated people."

"I live here on Belburn as a renter a stones throw from Barret Community that can get very loud & the people are annoying to. This is a very narrow street & people often speed down it when there are events @ the community center parking on the street is a hassle a handful of times my 2nd driveway got blocked put a note on the car saying "you'll be towed next time". Some neighbor leaves their dog thing barks like a maniac... I don't suggest owning or renting property on Belburn Dr in Belmont NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
