  • Thomas G.
"Easy to drive to I-90 to get any where. A lot of open country roads, not too much traffic. Down by the fox river with the bike path close"
  • Maria H.
"There’s a higher chance for fleas and tick and s lot of wild animals in the area. Including coyote and fox "
  • Samantha S.
"I love my tiny neighborhood, the biggest issue I have it the village raising the water bill by 33%...you’d be fine being a solo person. But if you’re in a house with five people and having to do laundry and showers your 2month bill could be $220"
  • Samantha S.
"There isn’t a clear space for dog walkers. Many of the dog walkers walk I. The middle of the street which is pretty rude, especially after it becomes dark. Otherwise there’s a tennis court where you can close it off and have your dog run around when no one is using it."
  • Jasmine G.
"I lived here for 3 months and love the neighbors and the neighborhood. Its clean, everything is accessible. I enjoy that its quiet and peaceful. I love the fact that I'm literally 5 million away from Walmart and 10 minutes away from Spring Hill Mall. And also in walking distance of downtown East Dundee."
  • Monica T.
"All are leashes and none are strays... friendly area for dogs.. also many people pick up behind their dogs as well "
  • Chayes866
"Quiet neighborhood but close to 3 main roads, small, delicious village restaurants and public places like pool, library, town depot. "
  • Chayes866
"lots of dogs in neighborhood, no sidewalks in some neighborhoods, no official dog parks, though lots of walking and park space nearby"
  • CH
"Immanuel school is close by and a great community. public schools are a little rough in the area. Lions Park replaced equipment recently (2017/18) and a super fun place for kids to run. "
  • Mmckee1204
"love the area, most homes are well kept with good curb appeal. the only reason we will likely leave is to find an area with more young kids around our child's age."
  • Mmckee1204
"plenty of trails to walk, pet parking at shops. very dog friendly area. between the fox river trail, and abundance of paths and sidewalks it is easy to find places to go with your furry friends. "
  • Chayes866
"We've lived here for 6 years. Most of the neighbors know each other, and some of them are staff at our kids' school. We're within walking distance of the park, our kids' school, our eye doctor, and a favorite family restaurant. There are no sidewalks, but neighbors are friendly and generally look out for one another. "
  • Alicia d.
"I love my area because it’s quiet and not a lot of traffic on our block. The neighbors are friendly and I really like the school district."
  • Chris K.
"It’s quiet. Close to the main highway. Good quality landscaping. One thing though this is for all of East Dundee, you can’t park your car over night on the street. Kinda sucks! Overall it’s a good place to call home "
  • cass b.
"this area is very nice neighborhood ,no traffic coming through , delincuency is not a problem , house stay open all the time. "
  • Mary K. B.
"This is the best community with the largest condos in a 10 mile range. It's a beautiful walking area and close to shops in town only blocks away."
  • Mary K. B.
"What a GREAT community to walk and live in. It is BEAUTIFUL. They sure take care of the landscaping."
