There is a renovated large deck with bistro lights and an outdoor shower in the backyard. A shed with shelving, work bench and a large floored attic with plenty of headroom above the attached garage are ideal for storage. This home is located in a nice family neighborhood with great neighbors. No smoking allowed. Small/medium pets considered with extra security deposit. It is available for rent beginning May 1, 2025.
