Storage shed available at the rear of the property for each unit as well as reserved parking for two under the carport. New stainless appliaces - microwave, smooth top range, dishwasher, and disposal are included. No refrigerator is furnished. This is a non-smoking property. A credit and background check is required and rental history is preferred. No evictions. NO DOGS of any size but other pets with current vaccinations will be considered on a case by case basis with addtional pet rent and pet deposit. One year lease. Non-refundable $50 application fee per adult $1350 month $1250 deposit Applications are availble at time of viewing only. You will need to CALL to set up a time to view this property.
