Clean freshly painted home conveniently located in Benton. This home is very close to many public schools. 3 bed or 2 bed with bonus room, living area,kitchen, laundry and spacious yard. The home is equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and central HVAC.

Small pets will be considered but not preferred. Additional pet deposit required.

This home is only available for up to 2 adults and 2 children. For clarification, no more than 4 occupants total with a maximum of 2 adults.

Interested parties must meet a minimum credit score of 600. Scores below 600 might be considered but would require full application prior to viewing, an explanation of extenuating circumstances, and would require additional deposits. Non tenant Co-signers are not an option.

All interested parties must complete about me questionnaire on Zillow including income, credit scores, # of tenants, and desired lease term prior to requesting a viewing.

Viewings must be scheduled in advance.

Tenant pays for all utilities and is responsible for maintaining the yard. 12 month minimum lease with 24 month lease discount.
