3) Rental comes with a 2-seater golf cart included in price for 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo.
4) Fees paid by renter:
-Dog Deposit: $250 (2 dog max, any size. Non-refundable) *No cats allowed*
-Cleaning fee $450 (covers mandatory mid-stay clean and departure clean)
-Security Deposit: $750 (refundable if no damage/missing items)
-Payment: Must be paid in full 60 days prior to occupancy or at the time of booking if arrival is within 60 days.
5) Rental Agreement: Digital Rental Agreement required through DocuSign during booking process.
6) No smoking in property or patios.
