Newly remodeled the last week of July 2018 we have a 720-square foot two bedroom house with newly resurfaced hardwood floors and new furniture and everything inside! Pictures reflect this unit with immediate availability as if this posting July 24, 2018. Dishwasher, kitchen, flatscreens, queen bedroom and a daybed with pull out trundle bunk in second bedroom. All bills included. Additional larger apartment units also available, see below.

We have a total of four 1,000 square foot units all with an exact or mirror image layout.

Everything you need is stocked in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms from fresh towels and luxury linens, fluffy pillows and comfy throw blankets. As of fall 2017 all linens, towels, mattresses and furnishings are either brand new from the showroom or freshly refurbished in the case of some wood items. All units are furnished with at least one 55 flat screen smart TV, cable television and wifi packages, dishwasher and laundry. All have a partially open-concept kitchen area with mid-sized dining area that opens into a large living room with fire place.

All apartments are similarly appointed, with each one having particular upgraded details. 502 as an example has an industrial old Appleton theme and an extra large master bedroom with a table for office work. 504 has a Farmhouse theme, granite countertops and a armoire with built in gas faux fireplace heater in second bedroom in addition to the wood burning fireplaces all the units have. 506 is a traditional design style with largest total square footage (they all are within 100 feet of each other). 508 is the penthouse suite with a modern design and stainless steel appliances.

We are direct owners and operate the small business Appleton Corporate Housing, offering just seven total units. We are a woman and veteran owned business and look forward to serving you in your corporate travel, family transition or supporting you for other turn-key housing needs.

Great safe location at the end of a culdesac in Northwest Appleton. Quick access to shopping, downtown and highways -- literally minutes from all things Appleton. Just outside of the culdesac on the main road is a grocery store, which we've found super convenient to have such quick access to. If you exit by foot behind the parking lot the grocery is just a half block down and a two minute walk.

We have seven units in total with availabilities always rotating just a month or two away.
