Very private unit located on a quiet street and highly sought after Lake Val Sereno neighborhood just a street away from RSF. It features a separate stair path south of the main house as well as its own enclosed side & back yard. Furnished (preferred) or unfurnished.

Newly built. Full size interior washer & dryer inside, vaulted ceilings making it feel even larger, light & bright, plenty of storage in and out, custom closet shelving, "hardwood" vinyl flooring, ceiling fans, patio sliding door from bedroom to yard, enclosed storage room outside, surfboard rack, lots to list. The kitchen & family room face west so you get to see the gorgeous sunset sky. Parking is on street just in front of the unit.

Good vibes only - wanting a polite & clean tenant. A-Holes need not apply. :) NON Smoker / no drugs (yuck!). We're a rad family looking for a chill person. Hence keeping rental amount the same it's been vs increasing it. My current tenant and I will be showing the home so you can meet who has been living here.

5.5mi to the beach, 3.5mi to Rancho Santa Fe Village, and 3.5mi to the 5 freeway. Lots of walking trails nearby and backs up to a preserve that was once Lake Val Sereno. Trader Joe's and Sprouts minutes away as well as the local fav, Firenze and Champagne Bakery for yummy eats.

Compatibility with family in the main house is very important. You won't see us often since we have separate entrances, so no need to worry about privacy (unless you want to join for wine and partake in gardening! Wink wink.) . The yard is quiet and emulates Northern Cali with birds and huge trees, but occasionally you'll hear us play and giggle. The windows are solid so beyond quiet inside unit as well. Thankfully, we're all awesome, including our neighbors!

It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."
