It also feature a covered front porch with chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a long day at work. The bedroom and living room have the original hardwood floors. The bedroom also has the beautiful original 1930s beaded board walls and ceiling, a queen size bed with new 12-inch foam mattress, walk-in closet, and Smart TV. The living room is spacious with built-in shelves, ample seating, and large Smart TV. The cottage also has a stacked washer/dryer unit.

Credit and background check are required. No Smoking. All utilities, including fiber internet, are included. Street parking only.

    "my comments speak for themselves. safety: car jackings and robberies in the last month. pet friendly: cars come flying through here, few sidewalks. walkability: average for MS which means poor. One park, modest playground, taken over weekly by by unrestrained dogs and their beer drinking owners. Traffic? has no respect for marked signs. No transportation to anywhere, no retail areas close by (except the "crack-a-co" on state street and kiefers. why are these fixer uppers so over priced? look at some of these listings. geez. "
