Our tenants of 16 YEARS are moving out of their townhome. That's right; 16 years! We are starting the search for our next tenant, who will be able to move into the property on June 1st. Our current tenants are vacating on April 30th, so we are setting aside all of May for the renovations.

The homes on Channing Drive are brick townhomes in a community of 14 similarly appointed homes, which includes bamboo floors, frisee carpet, tile bath, his and hers closets, hickory cabinets, black appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave), central electric air and heat, decorator colors, an upgraded lighting package, barstool seating counter, and your own personal deck! There are washer and dryer hookups, but the washer and dryer themselves are not included.

The pictures included here are of a neighboring unit, which will let you see the general layout, but these are not of the actual 807 unit itself, since it needs to be renovated. However, we are glad to set up a showing with you so you can see the space and get a feel for what we are going to be doing, and it gives you a general idea of what the finished product will look like. There will be brand new paint on all the walls, brand new carpet everywhere upstairs, new appliances, refinished floors, etc.

There is also a separate finished basement space accessible from the backyard area, which could be used as an office, second living area, etc. It also has a full bathroom!

Enjoy your own yard, too, but don't bother with the mowing! Professionally landscaped and maintained yard. Off-street parking, concrete drive, covered front porch.

Convenient location on dead end street as well.
