"It’s safe, everyone is comfortable getting outside and walking. Neighbors are close but not so close that you don’t have privacy. Convenient to town (6-7 miles). Convenient to Tri-State area and commerce. Short drive to Lake Seminole. Nice community with a good local grocery store and several small businesses to support. "
