This spacious 4 bedroom home boasts a bright and open kitchen with a walk in pantry, lots of cabinets and counter space with room left over for a table and chairs. Counters tops, back splash and cabinets are new. Installed in January of 2018.

Downstairs Powder room remodeled February 2018

There is a separate dining room, a family room and a living room with a fireplace. There are 2-1/2 bath rooms. The family room off the entry has a two story vaulted ceiling.

The bedrooms are on the second level. All the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, 3 have walk in closets. For convenience, the laundry room is located upstairs adjacent to the bedrooms.
The upstairs hall bathroom and laundry room have been recently remodeled.

The back yard has a diving pool, (8 feet deep), surrounded by cool deck, with a salt filtration system. The cool deck and patio have been recently resurfaced. The pool has been drained, cleaned and acid washed in February of 2018. Pool light fixture has also been replaced. The covered patio is 8 X 16.

There is new nearly maintenance free landscaping throughout the back yard featuring a raised, sprinklered planter bed faced with river rock. Synthetic grass and desert landscaping. There is a new 9' x 7' storage shed. You will only need a leaf blower and rake to take care of the back yard.

    "We have lived here for almost six years. It’s very quiet and peaceful, which is nice, but neighbors tend to keep to themselves. There are a few younger families that are outdoors often. Lots of cars park on the streets, but streets are well lit and drivers generally drive the speed limit. The park is great, lakes are a nice spot to relax or fish. Walking and biking trails stretch miles around the neighborhood."
