Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco, marijuana, or similar products are strictly prohibited inside the residence, garage, and any enclosed structures on the property.

Vehicle Policy: All vehicles must be currently registered, operable, and properly parked in designated parking areas. Excessive vehicle storage, inoperable vehicles, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, or vehicle repair activities on the premises are prohibited without prior written approval from the landlord.

Occupancy: Only approved tenants listed on the lease may occupy the property. Long-term guests staying more than fourteen (14) consecutive days or twenty-one (21) cumulative days within a twelve-month period must receive prior written approval from the landlord.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted on the premises. No exceptions will be made unless explicitly approved in writing by the landlord prior to lease execution.

Rental Criteria: Minimum credit score of 650. Income must be at least three (2.75) times the monthly rent. Background, credit, employment, and rental history verification will be conducted. No prior evictions or outstanding landlord collections.
