"This area is far enough out of town to have a country feel. This particular property has lots of privacy and peace and quiet. El Paso and great shopping is twenty minutes away, so there is everything you need right there. Chaparral provides shopping for most needs and emergencies. There are restaurants, feed stores, hardware and supplies, beauty salons and groceries and gas to name a few. There is even a clinic and a sherrif's department!"
