Description

One level ranch home with Boatslip! Located in Waterside Crossing, Crescent Community's largest development located in the center of Lake Keowee. Wonderful home if you don't like steps. It's all on one level. Open floor plan with tall deep garage. Modern styling with corner stacked stone fireplace and private bedrooms. The kitchen has beautiful cabinetry with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The gas top range has a steam clean oven. The main living room opens up to a spacious vaulted ceiling screened in porch for additional living space. The master bath has a large glass enclosed 5-foot walk in shower and double vanity plus a long walk-in closet. The Jack and Jill bath, located on the other side of the home, has storage and dressing room for the bedrooms. Granite counter tops throughout and like new as this has been used very little. There is a large walk-in pantry for the kitchen. The half bath is privately located, and the laundry room is just down inside from the garage entrance. This is a split bedroom plan with one bedroom currently being used as a den. Colors are warm and modern, and the owner has added Plantation shutters and curtains that stay with the home. There is an on demand hot water heater and underground irrigation. Extensive landscaping added with brick paver patio and lower-level open patio under the porch and extended beyond the porch. Beautiful and peaceful back yard that is almost flat and hidden from the neighbors, just a great place to entertain and hang out. The current owners enjoy many games of badminton, croquet and corn hole in total privacy. This over 2-acre lot backs up the "nature trail" that is not visible from the home. Make sure you check out all of the storage that is available under the house. A very private lot and only 7 houses on the street. The screened in porch is pre-wired for a hot tub if desired to install one. The amenities are very close. Waterside Crossing includes a clubhouse, Jr. Olympic Sized pool, playground, tennis courts, plus boat and trailer storage. Waterside Crossing also has natural gas, underground utilities, sidewalks, streetlights, and several green areas just off the roadways. There is a covered picnic area and playground at the boat slip area located just off the main water with beautiful lake views. The boat slip #D-34 easily accessible with a spacious parking lot that adjoins the boat slips. HOA total fees are $1155 per year. Including $850 HOA and $305 boat slip. "In Oconee county/seneca there is a lot of family and it is a small town as of right now but everyone pretty much knows everyone. The “town” is getting a lot bigger and they are making it like city and and they’re 5 year plan is terrible if you are looking for a rural area but if you are looking for a urban area I would recommend looking elsewhere"
  • Arlene Sousa
"People are very friendly. The environment is beautiful. Southerners are very sweet Love the south"
  • Sheri Ellen
"We have many pet owners and is a pet friendly neighborhood. Been living in Seneca 58 years. Family is important! "
  • R Copps
"I’ve lived in the area (specifically the Village of Newry) for 9 years and I love it. Close to everything but far enough away to feel relaxed. Nice neighbors, a lot of improvements and community pride had increased."
  • Fox
"Neighbors are friendly and take really really good care of their homes and property. They clean up after their dogs and are extremely respectful "
  • Tara Patterson
"People come together to support each other during difficult times. The community is welcoming and there are many fun outdoor activity spaces. "
  • Shelley K.
"Just moved here and love it! Neighbors wave when you go buy. No one speeds and rarely do you see strangers unless they deliver something. Very quiet, but you can hear the stadium from here."
  • Dara D.
"This is a Lake community and very friendly people. A good combo of laid back like life and still near plenty of shops/restaurants!"
  • Jefferson B.
"Several people walk dogs past my house on a daily basis in the Bayshore community where I live. We know to watch for them when driving and wave from cars and porches. "
  • Brundage801
"it's ok if you don't live right in town. the mill area is not the best place to live or visit due to it being a high crime area. "
  • Brundage801
"its an ok place depending on where you live in seneca. The schools are good and shopping is always close by."
  • Erin G. .
"We’ve lived here over a year and it’s very quiet and everyone kinda keeps to themselves. My only complaint would be people tend to speed in the neighborhood and that does bother me since we have a child & dog so we tend to walk a lot. "
  • Amyhartgantt
"People are always walking dogs twice a day. Very dog friendly. Most people have dogs and some even walk with a golf cart "
  • Jefferson B.
"There ARE nice parts of Seneca, like the Bayshore subdivision (where we live), and neighboring ones AND there are "undesirable" areas, such as near downtown. "
  • Isom0314
"Neighborhood is a great area ! Awesome place to live, quiet and safe. Great place to raise your kids and have a family!"
  • Hugo Marques
"I enjoy being a resident in Seneca... Anything I need can be found in here: restaurants, car repair shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, medical assistance, good schools..."
  • Raeleigh W.
"There’s really not a lot to not like for a dog owner. Most neighborhoods have backyard space that is fenced in for the dog to run around, and you can walk your dog around the neighborhoods as well. One thing that they may not like is that there’s no where to throw away doggie bags if you pick up after your dog. Which, mostly no one would want a doggie bag trash can near their front yard, but it’s not like our neighborhoods have nice side walks to walk on, and even the park doesn’t have the doggie bag trash can. Other than that and people flying up and down the road, there’s not much a dog owner wouldn’t like. "
  • Hank N
"No side walk. So walking in the road with a few blind spots for drivers. Even tho it’s posted for 20 mph. People still go way too fast. "
  • Amy G.
"We are a Lake Keowee neighborhood that is nearly complete. We are close to town, Close to a county park and boat ramp, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Boat storage around the corner. Everyone walks their dogs, waves hello. "
  • The Jensens
"I see a lot of people walking their dogs or kids around our loop. Dog owners seem to be mindful of dog waste. We've heard no complaints about any of the dogs."
  • Duaneg2017
"There's no community events, in this neighborhood. Mostly retired people, living here, with a hand full of young edults. This is a mixed race neighborhood, which every body gets along, with the exception of one, who recently left after beating up his livein girlfriend, he still owns his dilapidated home, but at least him and his drugs are gone for now. Where approximately 1 1/2 miles from shopping, which includes Wal-Mart, two shopping centers and a dozen diffrent places too eat and two gas stations within a mile."
  • Cngwatts
"Everyone always saves to each other. Kids play in the yards, ride bikes and Halloween everyone in town comes here to Trick or Treat"
