About this House

We have a great basement apartment in our beautiful home that will be available for rent starting on March 1st. The current tenant has been living here for 18 months, but has bought a house and is moving out. The last tenant we had stayed for 2 years. Note that the correct address for this apartment is 8049 E. 28th Pl. and not 8047 on the main listing. Zillow should be fixing this shortly.

This apartment is located on one of the best blocks in Stapleton/Central Park, just 15 minutes from Downtown Denver, minutes from the East 29th Avenue Town Center, one block from Aviator Pool, less than 15 minutes from the Anschutz Medical Campus, not to mention the many bike trails and scenery that surround the area. It is also a short bike ride to the new Stanley Marketplace.

Rent is $1,100 per month plus a $70 flat monthly fee that includes all utilities including high-speed internet, electricity & gas, water, sewer, snow removal, and landscaping.

At this time we are only interested in renting to single occupants.

We will consider pets for an additional $50 in monthly rent plus a $300 deposit. We have 2 Australian Cattle Dogs that just turned 1 and do well with other dogs.

This base apartment was built out in 2014.

It is a total of approximately 800 square feet of living space with a lot of room for storage.

Rooms and Amenities include:

-A full family room
- A newer kitchen and refrigerator
- A separate bedroom
- A washer/dryer in the unit
- Additional storage space
- Neighborhood pool and extensive bike and hiking trail system

If you can, please include a bit about your current employment/living situation. In general, we are not interested in renting to people with credit scores below 630, however, if you have solid work history we might consider you.

All utilities including electric/gas, water, and high-speed internet are included for an additional $70 per month. The unit has its own washer and dryer. We are looking for a tenant for a 12-month lease, but are open to other arrangements.
