Description

Recent Rent Deduction!! Amazing house on over 12+ beautiful acres in rare Gallatin River corridor along River Road just west of Four Corners. Located on River Road about 1 mile north of the Cottonwood Golf Course. The views are unbelievable. Very convenient to town, but you feel like you really have gotten away from it all. The property is fenced and cross-fenced -- perfect for horses.

The house is very spacious and accommodating with over 3,400 square feet. On the first level, there is a master bedroom with large en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bedroom has access to a very large back deck with a hot tub. The back deck is over 1000 square feet and is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset.

In addition to the master suite, there are two more bedrooms located on the first floor along with an additional full bathroom, laundry room and open-concept kitchen, dining area and living room. Keep off the chill with no-maintenance gas fireplace insert in the living room. The house also has efficient hot-water baseboard heat. The house also has high-speed fiber-optic cable for incredibly fast internet, cable TV and telephone.

Upstairs features "mother-in-law" living quarters that are directly connected to the main living quarters, including a a huge bedroom with spectacular mountain views and a large closet. Also located upstairs are: a second kitchen (with refrigerator, stove, and double sink) living room and eating area, additional laundry room, and a bonus room. You can also use the upstairs as two sleeping areas as we have done.

The basement area is finished and has a large sitting/entertaining area that can be used for a home theater space, game room, or "man-cave." The basement also has another finished room that can serve as an additional sleeping area or an office. There is also an oversized 2-car insulated garage with 220v power. The property is also "dog friendly" as there is an underground "Invisible Fence" to keep the dogs within about 3 acres of the property.

The house will be available in early January and we are looking to rent it until June 1, 2019. We would prefer to rent it the same tenants for all of that time, but we will also entertain shorter term rental offers. We would also prefer to rent it furnished as we are returning in early June, but we will also consider renting it unfurnished.

Owner pays trash and high speed internet. Tenant pays for gas and electric.
