About this House

Classic 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom Home with Great Updates! This home has long-standing character. A very nice home inside and out offering great amenities with plenty space for most renters which include: spacious semi-finished basement, washer/dryer hook ups, fresh paint, renewed carpet, fenced backyard, large rear deck, single car garage with long drive way!

Tenant pays for gas, electric, water/sewer, and all lawn care and landscaping.

We will complete a background check and a credit check. We will perform an income verification a well, applicants need to make 3 times the rent amount.

Pets are accepted. A $300 non-refundable pet deposit and $35 per pet per month pet rent.

The security deposit upon approval will hold the property for approved tenant until the move in is scheduled. If tenant is approved for the move in and does not take possession by the scheduled move in date, tenant will lose the security deposit. The application fee is $65.

If approved, there is a $199 admin fee due upon signing the lease.
