The main floor has two bedrooms plus two bathrooms on main first floor. Laundry is on first floor. Nice large eat-in kitchen. Patio deck in backyard.

The design of duplex is L shaped so the entry to the units are on two different streets -making for a private setting.

Renters pay all utilities and take care of lawncare and snow removal.

Required Full month security deposit and application shall be submitted to review Financials, rental history and employment history.

This is a one year lease beginning on July 1, 2026 thru June 30, 2027. Rent of $1,675 is due on the first day of each month.

Renters pay all utilities including but not limited to: electricity; gas; internet cable, garbage/trash/ recycling, water -utility bill. Renters are responsible for snow removal and lawncare. Snow removal includes shoveling driveway and sidewalk.

This neighborhood gets an A+ rating from this family."
