About this House

Renting this beautiful furnished little home near downtown Glenview. Steps away from the Metra station, public library, several restaurants and coffee shops. 15 minute walk to Heinan's grocery store, or 30 minute walk to Jewel-Osco or Mariano's.

Lease terms are highly flexible; month to month, 3 months, 6 months, one year, whatever you need within reason. The catch is that, if you stay long enough, at some point we may refuse to renew the lease so that the unit can be occupied by my in-laws (you will have ample notice, and it won't be earlier than a year from now).

Amenities include:
- Fully furnished
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Off-street parking
- Heat and AC
- Trash, recycling and water
- Small patio
- Shared fenced yard
- Optional high-speed internet

We live in the house next door, but we will leave you alone and give you privacy.

Gas and electricity are not included. We assess an optional $80/mo fee for internet -- internet is already set up, but you can get your own internet instead if you choose.

Note that the outdoor pictures are from the summer, and do not reflect the current outdoor furnishings. There is minimal outdoor furniture beyond what is shared with the main house (where we live). The indoor photos reflect the current furnishings of the unit.

We are sympathetic to pet owners and can discuss the possibility of well-behaved pets.

Garbage and water included. Renter pays electricity and gas. High speed internet is already set up and can be included for an optional internet feet ($80/mo), or the renter may choose to acquire their own internet service.
