Bright recessed lighting and ceiling fans are in most rooms. Large fenced backyard with a nice storage shed. 2 car attached garage. This home has a central a/c system with gas furnace and extra insulation blown into the attic. Pets are allowed with a $250 refundable deposit per pet. Dogs over 50 lbs are not allowed. Long term renters are preferred. Credit will be checked, but rental history and income are the most important factors.
