Casa de Vida is a fully fenced in guesthouse with a large private patio, and private parking.

This 1 bedroom has a pony wall separating the living room and bedroom. This helps with air circulation as there's a wall A/C and Heat in the living room and a window A/C in the bedroom.

The bedroom has a queen bed, a twin pullout trundle bed for children, remote workspace, chair, and open closet.
The kitchen includes induction cooktop, refrigerator, toasting oven, and microwave. It does not include an oven nor a garbage disposal.
The living room comes with a TV, couch, ottoman, and small dining table and chairs.

Monthly housekeeping, monthly landscaping and pest control are included.

This property is a private guest house sharing the property with another house.
Both houses have separate entrances, parking, patios and separate appliances.

Lease duration is between 2-6 months. We will not accept leases over 6 months.
The primary use of this casita is for traveling healthcare providers. Pets allowed.

Rent is $1500 per month.
Security Deposit is $500 refundable.
Moving out cleaning fee is $200 non-refundable. (+$100 for pets)

Included: All utilities (electric, water/trash, gas) Cox internet, landscaping, monthly cleaning, and pest control.
Included: Fully furnished, stocked kitchen (plates, cups, bowls, utensils, cookware, etc), linens

Landlord is responsible for paying for all utility services required on the premises: electric, gas, water/trash, and internet.
The Tenant agrees and understands monthly landscaping service will control weeds and trim trees. Tenant is responsible for any other services requested by the Landlord's appointed landscaping service.
The Tenant agrees and understands that a monthly cleaning service will conduct light cleaning inside the unit once per month. Tenant is responsible for any other services requested by the Landlord's appointed cleaning service.

The Tenant understands that the Landlord will not count the security deposit toward the last month's rent or toward repair charges the Tenant
