Monthly housekeeping, monthly landscaping and pest control are included.
This property is a private guest house sharing the property with another house.
Both houses have separate entrances, parking, patios and separate appliances.
Lease duration is between 2-6 months. We will not accept leases over 6 months.

Rent is $1500 per month. Security Deposit is $500 refundable.
Moving out cleaning fee is $200 non-refundable.
