NO ATV/Motorcycle tracks/riding and NO Commercial Operators/Storage/Mechanic Work/Landscape Truck/ Commercial Truck Storage etc.
Do you have horses, dogs, pigs, goats, chickens or other farm animals... then maybe! Flexible to pets/livestock/RV's or Boats etc. MONTH TO MONTH for the first few months to see how we BOTH like the arrangement. The owner is a CA Lic.
