    "Lots of dog poop on side walks and front yards because lots of dog owners don’t think they have to pick up after there dogs or there are some dog owners in the neighborhood that let their dogs run loose in the neighborhood and there dog poops on neighbors yards and they don’t pick it up.     "Traffic in Downey is really bad. Can take 30 minutes to get from North Downey to South Downey. Lakewood and Telegraph are packed. But near freeways and that helps."
