This newly renovated two story apartment has 2 bed 1.5 bath. This property is just 8 mins away from Austin Peay University, lots of great restaurants and shopping. This apartment comes with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher & microwave. It has a fenced in patio and extra storage space in the back. It has parking space available for up to 2 cars. You can rent this home for $1200 per month with a $1200 Security Deposit. At least 3x the amount in income is required. Up to 3 pets are accepted after approval with a $200.00 Non-refundable Pet fee and a $25 additional fee per pet each month. We do not accept THDA Section 8.

The lease will be for one (1) year. Rent will be due at the beginning of each month. Depending on when you move in, your first month's rent may be prorated. The first and the security deposit will be due the day you sign your lease. We require Renter's Insurance. Your utilities must be turned on in your name before you receive your keys. To expedite your application, please be sure to upload at least 3 months of up-to-date check stubs, bank statements, or any other proof of income.
