This a NO-SMOKING NO-PET tri-level townhouse in a beautiful community. There is a swimming pool, spa, and a BBQ area. The Renters should keep the house clean and tidy, follow the HOA rules. Renters pay water, electricity, and gas. The owner pays the high HOA fees. Renters park their cars inside the attached garage. Parking outside the house but not in the parking lot will pay fine to the HOA/city. The lease is one year with automatic renewal unless renters inform the owner, or the owner inform the renters of ending the lease ahead of the following year. Subleasing is NOT permitted. Overnight stay for more than 2 weeks must inform the owner.
