Harwood floor, HEB ISD, attached garage. Well maintained house within gated community.

All people residing in the house should be on the lease application.
This lease will be for 1 year.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Tenant is required to pay rent on time. A charge of $25.00 will be added for every day of late payment until the rent is fully received. $35.00 surcharge will be added for any bounced checks.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities (Electricity, water, trash).
Tenant is responsible for lawn mowing of backyard.
