THE SPACE
This is a beautiful and serene 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom adobe home with luxury details. 5 Beds total 10 ft ceilings, very comfortable king beds, 50" smart tv in 2 bedrooms, desks, coffee/tea set ups ini three locations. Coffee and tea provided!

OUTDOOR:
This house sits on 2 acres planted with native plants and trees. There are several outdoor spaces to enjoy. The primary bedroom features a private patio with a chaise lounge and a table with chairs. There is also a large landscaped outdoor area with a lawn for you (and your pup!) to enjoy. There is a stone path to a large historic 1250 sq ft great for small events and dinners.

KITCHEN:
A true cook's kitchen. Commercial stove/oven, air fryer, toast oven, nutribullet, and many cooking and baking tools.

KITCHENETTES:
The upstairs has its own mini kitchen with mini fridge, toaster oven, and coffee kettle. The primary bedroom also has a mini fridge, coffee kettle and grinder.

BEDROOMS:
Both downstairs bedrooms are fit with King size bed. Ample closet space for hanging clothes. Dedicated desk for working. Upstairs has a queen bed and two twin beds. A dedicated work space and dining table as well.

BATHROOMS:
2 full bathrooms adjoining the bedrooms. Primary bedroom has a 2 person standing shower with natural stone accents and large sink with mirror. All bathrooms come with luxury towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap and amenities. Upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower.

WIFI:
Fast Wifi available for working.

PETS:
Dog/Cat upon request and approval. An additional pet deposit will be assessed.

AIR:
Central heating and cooling.

THE BARN:
Please inquire if you'd like to hold a small event in the barn. Additionally fees may apply.

PARKING:
There is ample street parking along with a gated driveway.

Owner pays all utilities. Electric, Water, Fiber WiFi, Garbage, and Gas. If air conditioning is over $250. a month , renter pays the overage. NO SMOKING on premises. No large parties.
