There are nice common areas to use and enjoy, including the very large sundeck, located above the wide sandy beach with bar-b-ques tables, propane fire pit and more. additionally the Umbrella room and Ballroom area are great indoor areas to visit and relax in.the walkability rating is 92 and provides you a walkable distance to grocery shipping, great public transportation, Downtown Long Beach DTLB, Arts District, and the miles long walking/biking path. Belmont Shore and the Queen Mary are within walking or biking range (5-6 miles round trip). The newly opened and popular Groucho Cafe site beachside of the VIlla and offers good food and refreshments. Shown by appointment only. Onsite parking is available via a waiting list administered by the HOA management onsite. There are other parking options nearby. The lease payments include all utilities including basic cable TV and Spectrum internet. There is trash pick up on each floor (trash room), emptied twice a day for your convenience. No pets please. Rental application, paid by tenant, will be done via Rent Spree online.
