The kitchen is nice sized and has been fully updated, with tile flooring, and stainless steel appliances. It has a separate dinning room to enjoy your home cooked meals. The living room is perfect and cozy to curl up on the couch and watch your favorite shows. The bedroom is off of the living room, with wood floors and plenty of windows to enjoy the evening breeze. The bathroom has great storage, with a tub/shower combo. It comes with a wall heater and a wall air conditioner and ceiling fans throughout the house. You will love the backyard with a pergola to get your BBQ on!! (ask about option to have it not furnished) One small pet may be negotiable with owner approval and according to our pet policy with additional $50/month rent and $50 additional deposit click here for pet policy

Directions: Washington St. towards the red church. Turn right on Jackson St.

Tenant will need to hookup PG&E, Garbage Service, and Propane in their name. $75 on top of rent for Water and Sewer. Renters insurance with a minimum of $300,000.00 liability is required.
A one year minimum lease is required. no smoking in any of our units. Application fee is $50 per application. Every person 18 years and older needs to apply. Section 8 accepted on all our properties.
