    "Easy, I drive to West Berkeley and it’s typically about 12 minutes to get to work. Driving in the Berkeley hills always calls for caution as there are people and children out on the streets where there aren’t always proper sidewalks. "

    "Hills, architecture, parks every where, great city views on walks, a sense of community (which can make people too wary), greenery, lots of dog walking at any hour, nature is so close which is fantastic for bird watching (Cal Falcons, Commodores, etc), deer frolicking all the time, turkey can be seen on their strolls, every house a drive way but most are too small for cars to fit.
