Spacious, fully furnished 2nd floor, 2 bedroom apartment. Located in the heart of Downtown Westbrook. Near bus stops, restaurants, the river/ boardwalk, library, post office, supermarket, banks, park.

Security deposit is required when the lease is signed. Upon move-in you first month's rent is required. Spacious kitchen with a large GE refrigerator, a GE self-cleaning electric range, microwave, toaster oven, disposal and many cabinets, dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans and other kitchen tools. Livingroom has a chair, couch, coffee table, tv and Roku. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. There are two desks, one in each bedroom. Hardwood floors . Air conditioners for each bedroom, iron and ironing board are all included. There is a free-to-use front loading washing machine and a coin dryer in the basement. Includes heat, hot water. Tenant pays for Electricity. No smokers/Vaping please!

Landlord pays for Heat and Water. Tenant pays for Electricity. First and Security are due upon lease signing.
