Renovated in 2016-17, new roof, siding (replaced more than half the existing t-111 with hardie board) a/c, water heater, electric panel, cabinets , granite, fixtures, refrigerator, disposal, ceiling fans, recessed led lights, garage door and opener, everything but the flooring and the windows. Just moved to a larger house, and have not completely emptied or cleaned it yet (garage is still full). remodeled as i wanted it for myself (no cheap stuff) and have lived in it since 2017.

    "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
