    "It’s nice and small and has everything you need nearby, grocery stores, food places, etc, but a bit over populated. They are building houses and buildings where there is barely any room for any and it’s tiring. All the house are 800,000-1,500,000$ so it is hard to move. It is a good neighborhood but is going down hill. Everything would be perfect if they changed those few things."

    "It’s 20 minutes outside NYC. It’s a relatively small town with about 50k people but so much is within 20 min. Close is shopping centers with Target, Starbucks, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s. Farther out are NYC. Malls. Hospitals. Costco Walmart. It’s a great epicenter for many different opportunities. "
