    "It’s nice and small and has everything you need nearby, grocery stores, food places, etc, but a bit over populated. They are building houses and buildings where there is barely any room for any and it’s tiring. All the house are 800,000-1,500,000$ so it is hard to move. It is a good neighborhood but is going down hill. Everything would be perfect if they changed those few things."

Farther out are NYC. Malls. Hospitals. Costco Walmart. It’s a great epicenter for many different opportunities. "
