    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 8 years and love it here!! We have a trail head that lead to four parks, the shopping centers, inner coastal, and the beach. All which are mostly canopied in old mature trees. I love raising my children here, this area is very family friendly!!"

There's a lot of younger people moving in with and without kids looking for job opportunities. Great place to raise kids. The beach is only minutes away at all times. "
