Description

Available March 1st. Seeking AWESOME tenants only.

*LOCATION*: Great Roswell location walking distance to Canton Street, Gate City, Rock-n-Taco. A super short walk across the street to Vickery Mill, Barrington Hall, shops, yoga studio, restaurants, and the brand new Summit Coffee shop and Proper Hop Taphouse.
*HOUSE*: Enjoy newer (2016) home luxury with privacy and convenience on a little street full of other families. Our spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home is tucked away on a private street with walking access to Roswell as well as super convenient access to Hwy 120 out to East Cobb and Hwy 9 down to Sandy Springs. The Chattahoochee River for walking, tubing, and nature is just 1 mile down the hill.
*DOWNSTAIRS* The downstairs level has a luxurious eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances: 5-burner gas cooktop, microwave, double oven, and french door refrigerator. Plenty of storage space and a walk-in pantry. The kitchen has a huge island with bar seating. A butler's pantry connects to a formal dining room that we use as an office. Immediately connected to an open dining and family room with a fireplace and built-in bookshelves create an open living and entertaining space. The sky-high ceilings give a very airy and open feel. The living room opens out to a covered back patio for outdoor dining and grilling in our private fenced backyard with beautiful string lights overhead.
The cozy master on main has a big walk-in closet connected to a master bath with large soaking tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower big enough for two. Laundry room on is the main level, conveniently connected to the Master bed - makes laundry day easy! Bring your own washer and dryer.
*UPSTAIRS*: Upstairs is really cool! Create a separate space for your kids on the upper floor. We have an additional living area/loft great for snuggling in with a book or some Netflix n chill. 3 upstairs bedrooms are all attached to a full bathroom. One bedroom has its own dedicated ensuite full bathroom; the other 2 bedrooms share a jack-and-jill with dual vanities. Each bedroom boasts a nice walk-in closet.
The two car garage has overhead racks for storage. The attic is also spacious for more storage.

**Tour requests will only be considered if your Zillow profile is completed and you tell me about yourself and why you're interested in renting my house. Weekly landscaping (you don't have to do mow a thing!) and seasonal sprinklers are included. The house is wired for internet and you have the option of gigabit fiber from AT&T that we really enjoy. Tenant is responsible for all utilities: electric, gas, water, trash, and your preference of media provider.
