About this House

Our cottage is a fully furnished private house located in the quiet residential neighborhood of the West King District which is only 1.5 mi from all the DT St. Augustine activities. Although our home is updated, the neighborhood has a mix of some new and older homes.

The home is a bright and cozy Key West themed 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house with a private backyard with a fire pit and string lights perfect for roasting s'mores after a day of touring the attractions. The master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a 40" Roku TV. The 3rd room has a bunk bed. There is also 2nd full-sized bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, basic spices, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, and more.

We have fast Wifi, 4K Roku TVs, and a master bedroom with a desk if you need to get some work done.

The home has central AC and heat.

The outdoor deck has an outdoor dining table with a sunshade awning and BBQ grill. Turn on the string lights and roast s'mores in the fire pit.
