"Halloween Carnivals are great also the Christmas Parades are great . We have a host of things throughout the year for the community. On Independence Day the town host a fireworks show every year which is very nice."

"i’ve lived here from 2004-2020 now 2025-currently. it’s a small town with a close knit vibe , nothing too special or too hard to get in to. limited food options , mayor is opposed to bringing a lot of major food outlets into town. schools are good , some of the best in the state. "
